Constant cutting of roles and expectation to do more with less. No job security. Health benefits not 100% paid, consider when negotiating

Pros

Working remote is one of the very few "Pros."

Cons

The company will probably finish offshoring almost of their tech to India in the next two years. During the span, there probably will be a layoff every two months. (I have heard there were already two layoffs this year). They are trying to raise the stock price, but it keeps falling. It will probably dive further. Blackbaud will probably not surive in CRM space with AI shifting from "workflow software” to “intelligence/orchestration.”
