Pros

Nice open plan office and fun feel to the job. Upper management are accessible to even the lowliest of workers.

Cons

Horrific under-staffing leaves all current staff severely stressed out. Wage is far below the American office.

Helping nonprofits to be more successful in raising money or doing advocacy in support of their mission.

Senior Management is totally disengaged from significant challenges in the company Mentality from Execs is to push employees so hard to produce that they reach breaking point and quit - which is happening a lot If management says they will fix issues, nothing really happens to fix them - just lip service Lack of training across the board and way too much turnover Little opportunity for career advancement Extremely low morale and job satisfaction
