Pros

I became a Blackbaud employee by way of acquisition and the few Blackbaud individuals I met were decent people.

Cons

The culture change was dramatic. The customer sensitivity, employee appreciation, and general vibe was a big disappointment.

Pros

A very supportive environment Great growth potential. Clients are mostly great to work with. Management does a great job of making sure that a fun positive work environment is maintained.

Cons

Hours can get long if you do not manage your time well. Pay tends to be lower than other tech companies. Could easily make more money working for an organization using the software than working for Blackbaud supporting it.
