      Pros

      Overall company mission is one to be proud of and company name means something in the area.

      Cons

      ZERO work/life balance, compensation and bonus structure is under the market average and office politics will ensure you remain a good little worker bee and in your place. Hard work and initiative are not rewarded, but rather are taken advantage of with the always handy "not good enough; I want more."

      The corporate environment is positive and stable, office colleagues are motivated and bright, and there is a general sense of job satisfaction working within the nonprofit sector.

      Cons

      The leadership team could invest in updating the office space, it is rather dated (i.e., old cubes, furniture, chairs, desks).

      Employees are great. Everyone there works hard.

      Cons

      Management is exceptionally critical and heavy handed. Good and great employees are routinely shown the door based on politics and cost saving. Management is solely concerned with lining their own pockets. Charleston is a very small city with few amenities, The nickname "Black Heart" is well deserved.
