      - Stable work hours and low stress. - 30 year old software company that has evolved to use modern development methodologies. - Current parent company is willing to invest money and headcount into the company

      Cons

      Career growth can be hampered depending on which product you're working on.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable about non-profit market. Great leaders in parts of the USA. Fanatical support amongst Users for RE. Europe had great organisational knowledge. Well resourced company. Good experts in the US. Target Analytics is wonderful and is their best ambassador

      Cons

      International management strategy must suit its markets – where RE does NOT dominate. Product roadmap needed and proper execution from the US (new CEO seems to be fixing this). Lost key players this year.

      Pros

      I came from a very conservative company and was amazed at the difference between MicroEdge and the former employer. You have a flexible work schedule and can often work from home. Benefits start on day one, they offer a volunteer for vacation benefit. The company is very employee focused with initiatives to engage the employee in activities at and outside of work.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, so there are areas they are still tweaking. For an established working professional not fresh out of college, there may be a bit of a generation gap.
