Business Outlook
Pros
The PTO is great. After 8 years, you get 6 weeks time off. Many people I know who have been at other companies for much longer have much less PTO.
Cons
I never feel like I can actually USE the PTO and enjoy my time away. It feels like we operate in a consistent state of emergency, where things blow up at any second. I do not feel like we treat our customers well because as employees we are always being pushed on to keep revenue flowing and utilization up. I feel this attitude leaves a sour taste in our clients' mouths.
