      Great people, not so great pay!

      Pros

      - Remote first company, work life balance is nice, but not uncommon these days - Immediate team is awesome, some great people to work with! - Amazing full-filling causes and clients to serve!

      Cons

      -Salary for long time employees are laughable, and the upper management are totally ignoring their pleas! There are so much better opportunities outside with way better pay, lots of great employees are leaving because of it. -Some positions does not have opportunity to growth, and no carrier advancement possibilities.

      Awful work environment, they discriminated base on gender and sexual orientation. Salary is based on gender nor on experience
