      Pros

      Great place to start a career and grow with the company! Big enough to be stable and a market leader, but small enough to make a difference and have your voice heard. Amazing people, culture and work life balance. I've met lifelong friends whilst working here. Great annual President's Club trip for over achieving reps.

      Cons

      Product is slow to evolve compared to the competition. Salary is much lower than the industry average. However, you are working with Charity's, University's and not-for-profits, so keep that in mind. If money isn't everything to you, then this is a good place to spend your time. With that said, you will make decent money is you hit or exceed targets.

      Pros

      People are generally pleasant and it a good feeling to be working for an organization that helps good causes. The company supports people who want to do voluntary work.

      Cons

      Blackbaud is an avowedly fourth quartile payer and rates are low. People tend not to stay long and there is a constant effort to do things on a shoe string. This shows up in rapid staff turnover.

      Pros

      Great people and offices, serving a fantastic portfolio of clients. As Blackbaud is 100% focused on the NFP sector, it is very satisfying to help the customers succeed.

      Cons

      Not much I can think of except some of product engineering needs more attention. Always a tough battle against the large players targeting the NFP.
