      Pros

      Non-management staff are mostly excited by trying to do go.

      Cons

      The whole "powering social good" sound great, but simply isn't true when you dig into what goes on behind the scenes. They are presently being sued left and right for things they knew were wrong but choose to ignore until it was to late. Many new people join the company buying the picture Blackbaud paints and then later leave when they realize the picture is very much a false one.

      Great people here on the front lines

      Cons

      C-levels are not very transparent, pay is low for the SAAS industry. There are a lot of YES MEN here, hardly any support for the sales staff and client support is terrible and make it that much harder to sell.

      - Made some great friends - There are some good sales folks.

      Cons

      - Leadership up and down - Half baked products everywhere. Instead of sun setting what needs to go, they will keep it alive for certain reasons or acquire a company and not integrate it. Their core product still uses a database view from the early 2000s. - Every January, hold your breath for your job. They just did it again. - They are lucky to be in the field they are. I am sure they would have trouble in anything else. IMHO. - Attrition everywhere.
