      Very tough to get promotions

      Pros

      Being able to work remotely and not having to go to an office everyday is wonderful. Pretty much left on your own which could be a bad thing but works very well for me

      Cons

      It is extremely hard to get a promotion when you rare doing a good job in your current position. Even though my reviews are always excellent I have to practically beg for a promotion and/or a raise. The sell you to a client at a higher level than what your title is. This works great for them as they get more money per hour for your services, but then keep your wage at the lower position.

      Some departments (not all) micromanage employees resulting in a stifling environment Too many layers of management Poor communication between management and staff Has become too big and too corporate
