      Pros

      Great mission, no shortage of technology to work with and problems to solve. Good career growth and great perks both on campus and around town in the form of discounts.

      Cons

      Rapid growth over the last several years, finances had been less focus on infrastructure and more on hiring. It has been trending in the other direction so this negative seems to be on the upswing.

      Terrible management team...Awful, awful CEO

      Pros

      Working with non-profits and living in Charleston

      Cons

      Management is constantly squeezing salaries, not giving raises, cutting bonuses, cutting expenses such as paying for wireless access for remotes, then turning around and buying companies that they never fully integrate such as Kintera. They have a very, very displeased and angry workforce currently. Additionally, there are a dozen layers of middle management that provide no real benefit. This is definitely a company that sees it's better days in the rear view mirror.

      Pros

      Overall it was a good experience. The people were great and so were the supervisors. I enjoyed myself and the time I spent there.

      Cons

      The hours were really hard for me so I struggled with planning around school and work. Eventually I had to resign of the job but in the end it was for my own benefit.
