      Good company, toxic sales culture.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment--hybrid was very nice. Benefits are good for the Charleston area but not at a national/global scale.

      Cons

      The products are antequated and rather than look at market share, product development, etc. for stagnation they automatically blame the sales force. They've moved to micro-management tools to track productivity. If you don't hit you're goal management automatically looks at you as the problem vs. any sort of outside factors.

      Enjoyed my time here until I got Lied too

      Pros

      My immediate team was a joy to work with. It was like a family. I learned a lot from my first manager and will forever be grateful.

      Cons

      It went downhill when I switched to a new manager. During the mass layoff, she sent me an email about a meeting. I then asked her if she was going to lay me off and she said I was not going to let go. When I got to the meeting, she hid behind her boss and let her tell me I was being laid off. She never apologized to me for blatantly lying to me. It was a very cowardly move.
