      Pros

      Making a difference by serving non-profits and their passion. Collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Upper management still trying to figure out strategy for profitability. Organization has no problem letting people go with no notice or option to find position elsewhere in the company.

      Pros

      A lot of awesome co-workers and great benefits. The culture is a huge pro for Blackbaud. Good opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Not much transparency. They attempted to outsource chat support and it was an utter failure and they had to back track and bring chat support back to the US offices. Management tries to make changes for the sake of change and it usually has poor results. Case loads are pretty high on some teams and they resist making new hires when needed. They also put too much focus on tailoring policies to match with RE and forcing other products to align with their support procedures when they don't work.

      Products are for a great purpose and clients change the world for good.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Internal advancement is cherry picked. No where near competitive salaries with other software companies. Good work not appreciated. Stuck in the past as not allowing teleworking
