You get to learn what not to do. Your next company will seem amazing in comparison. A handful of good people who deserve sympathy.

Cons

Dilbert like management, would be amusing if it wasn't such a painful reality. Technical incompetence / short cuts everywhere. Nothing works as it should. Why hire someone to do a job when you can dump it all on a marginally related department? Most of the good people who can leave, do.

it is impossible to handle a single task without everyone else questioning your decision. Horrible company. The company pays for enterprise class tools but the intellectual capital needed to use those tools properly is low

One of the strangest places I've worked

While there were some nice people, they were mostly "Yes" wo/men. Not much else I'm sorry to say.

Cons

Very compartmentalized work structure from other depts. The team approach was ran by a bunch of autocrats that feigned employee-centric values but it was all just an act. No clear direction ever given. One of the most boring places I've ever worked.
