none since BHN was bought out by Silverlake and Partners

They changed vacation to "unrestricted" but really do not want you to use it. Inconsistency within groups about work/life balance, HR is assisting management to push employees out as jobs are being outsourced to Infosys. Company came up with initiative that was suppose to expand business process and efficiency while in reality it is cutting staff by pushing roles in major areas and establishing offshore. All while not telling the staff members who are being replaced so they pass along information to new teams. Sad sad place in 2019 There have been contractors that come in and leave within 30 days as they see true work environment. Be advised

Good location if you live near BART or Pleasanton. A good learning experience as far as what to avoid in terms of your career. You can read fake five star reviews on Glassdoor!

Cons

On the technology side, lots of things were broken. No one wanted to fix these things, well I should say no one in management cared about fixing these things. On call? You are working for free 24/7 because something is going to break at 3 AM during the week or all weekend. Endless backstabbing and reorgs. Bad managers firing/replacing other bad managers with new bad managers. An unwillingness to accept that doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results=insanity.
