Pros

Casual dress code and some growth. There's never a shortage of things to work on.

Cons

Poor infrastructure, poor organization, political management, below market pay, senior managers gossip (a lot), high turnover, lack of collaboration among technology teams, and many of the managers are fire fighters, not strategic. They don't lead, coach, or develop staff. Many are in a position of management because they did their job well. Not because they showed the ability to lead and develop employees.

Disconnects Everywhere

Pros

Depends which group you work for. No accountability, nor clearly defined roles or processes, make it easy for some and impossible for others.

Cons

No overarching strategy. Nothing binding the disconnected silos together. Is it a tech company, a sales & marketing company, or a supply chain company???

Pros

Health insurance is competitive and above average.

Cons

They underpay their employees approximately $15k yearly, DO NOT ever expect to get promoted they refuse to promote from within, their outside hires are the worst candidates for their rolls in regards to management, in the Phoenix office they stack their employees on top of each other and have resorted to folding tables in conference rooms and call it work space, they have no flexibility for WFH, the higher up management plays favorites, they are acquiring to many companies and do not have the staff to support the business or the care of how the process will feed into the systems and its all manual, the list can go on and on.
