No management training. Middle management lacks the ability to properly coach and mentor employees. Manager/Employee relationships can be very transactional. Like many companies, new employees are brought in at higher salaries than existing employees who get promoted for the same role.

Unfortunately they do not care about employee happiness. This also depends on which team you are on, but this also seems like it goes across the board. They don't promote within, you have to leave and come back to even get to what you want. They would rather hire outside sources then promote their current employees. They don't focus on your career growth. You're underpaid for what you do. Your business reviews are a joke. Everything is "great", no constructive criticism to help you grow within a career. Management is HORRIBLE!! They only care about themselves, and don't take care of their teams. Management lies to you saying they have your back and fight for you, but don't. Very defeating as an employee. It's a great "stepping stone" company, not a long term company.
