      It's a below average company

      Cons

      Lots of the reviews are posted by merchandisers. Who are they? they are the ones that stack gift card on shelves in retail stores. Those reviews do not help.

      Pros

      The work environment at Blackhawk Network is good, especially in Risk Management. The overall culture of the company is to portray that we are a ONE TEAM and we accomplish everything together.

      Cons

      -Not a competitive salary -Yearly raise is below market average especially if you are not working at the headquarters -Recently Blackhawk Network has gone through a CEO transition and since then BHN been cutting on cost, even things like coffee cups etc.

      Pros

      Easy job with easy tasks for a self starter. If you're not a self starter, you won't excel here.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs not enough indians. Not removing/replacing management once a part of an acquired company Developers sit in their offices with lights off and doors shut Atmosphere not condusive to team building or personal growth
