I am working on a core application! Last year too many people left, position did not get filled We are now doing the works of 3 or 4 people and yet no bonus, rise and any rewards. On top of that we are dealing with vindictive and narcissistic first line managers who wait for any opportunity to bully staff, dealing with borderline individuals/bipolar is so painful, this individual can ruin your day for no reason because of his ignorance, low IQ and lack of technical skills. Most of the people on this floor are having title Sr. Staff..., Sr Technical Product ..., Sr Technical Manager, but they are not technical, they are big talkers and not even understand what they need to know to perform their jobs. As a matter of fact, some of them either always on vacations or in the office and not moving they fingers. Instead of getting knowledge, they just take someone else credit. What is an easy tide? I am getting the rewards on someone else blood haha .. This is the most toxic culture, this makes me appreciate my old jobs more!

This company is filled with the most inadequate level of intelligence. They have no standard of who they hire or promote to the executive team because they are Constantly undergoing hiring freezes, lay offs, budget cuts. They cannot seem to get their revenue high enough for 3 months at a time. Departments continuously have their budgets cuts, HR is absolutely a nightmare to work with, technology and the employees in Engineering are subpar. The pay is low for the area and industry and the company sticks within the status promote average or below average skill set. Very few at Blackhawk are forward thinking or helpful - in fact I am amazed how some people are still employed at this place (but not really).
