      Pros

      Great work-life balance, great team, the manager is looking after the team very well, lots of team outings, lunches, pool table, very sociable place.

      Pros

      Lovely offices, in a nice area. Everyone is very friendly. The investment from recent buyers means there is a lot of opportunity to be creative and drive results. The company is continuing to grow and buying other successful companies, so there's never a dull moment. I make use of the various pool tables and the on-site gym (plus free classes at midday with a trainer). It seems to vary by team but generally flexible on working from home whenever needed.

      Cons

      Occasionally overwhelming amount of work, but ultimately everyone is in the same boat. Extra effort you put in doesn't go unnoticed though.
