Cons

Management approach can sometimes appear to be a bit hectic without effective communication with employees - lots of red tape and jumping through hoops to get things approved

- The people! - The benefits - The flexibility For the last two years I have worked with the nicest people. Everyone has a common goal and no-one has a hidden agenda. Having transitioned between departments during the two years (therefore working with multiple teams), it's clear that we put a high price on personality and culture fit when we are recruiting. As a result it's made Blackhawk Network a genuinely lovely place to work. The benefits we receive are fantastic - I am particularly grateful for the additional 'wedding leave' days I have received this year, in addition to a generous holiday allowance. The other perks I have taken advantage of are Techscheme and private health care. The approach to flexible working is great. Role dependent, we are able to work in a way that fits us, including working from home and discretion around personal appointments.

Cons

The parking situation for the Apsley office is tricky, but manageable if you're organised...

Cons

The gym is quite small. Sometimes London Road is a nightmare on the way home - not much the company can do about that though.
