Cons

Gift card servicing is not hard yet management makes you feel you need a PhD to perform. Managers play favorites and talk condescendingly. No compassion for anything.

The people I've worked with at Blackhawk Netowrk are professional, courteous, friendly, and passionate about doing a good job.The location is great if you live in Pleasanton, Dublin, or Livermore.

Cons

Not everyone is given stock options. The open cubicle arrangement makes it difficult to concentrate and think. Parking near the building is impossible if you arrive after 9:30 in the morning. Not clear what the career path is for some of the positions.
