Had a good work life balance and culture before management allowed a new joiner to takeover and be a cancer to the culture

Cons

As long as a certain individual is still given the role to lead Singapore and APAC, the place will continue to be toxic. It still shocks me how management will fall for a scheming, manipulative individual. She single handedly is responsible for many people deciding to leave the team as they could not stand working with such a person.
