      Cons

      Constantly pruning employee and just adding it to other employees. Lies about broth opportunity. Neglects employees concerns. Doesn’t offer fair compensation for roles work loads or skill required. Doesn’t reward incentives evenly. Practices favoritism. Has diversity activity's for only one ethnicity. Promises raises and doesn’t follow through. Really too much too list
