Pros
The team constantly reaches new levels in results, in new tools to add to the ecosystem and more. The team leads I interacted with were great colleagues and many are now great friends. Overall, the atmosphere allows you to create the environment you want to thrive in, so it was a solid team and structure from my perspective. They also allocate the resources, both in people and budget, to allow you to reach your goals.
Cons
For those that aren't able to be flexible with priorities and certain structures, this might be the only negative I can think of.
