      Pros

      Pretty flexible on hours and scheduling as long as you work your 40 and get the job done. Casual environment nice people interesting work.

      Cons

      Raises are laughable if you get one at all. Managers are all very technically smart and knowledgeable but do not know how to manage people to foster growth and development.
