Has a lot of team activitis as a whole company. Lots of events hosted among the other depts.

Cons

Constantly hiring new people and not promoting within, creating a lot of un happy existing employee.

Good job if you only want to work a couple days a week. Flexible scheduling. My district manager was the best.

Cons

No room for advancement unless your in the correct circle. All districts are not treated the same, there are favorites.

Great work environment, wonderful people, flexible hours, great benefits, nice work-life balance, convenient location, good pay.

Cons

Poor management decisions, lack of training and more of a learn as you go type deal, management sometimes has little to no experience, little accountability for actions.
