      Pros

      Expanding employee programs, flexibility, caring employer, growth and innovation. The company has grown quite a bit in the last 2 years yet they still value the input of their employees. At times it feels like a very large company yet at times it still feels like a small start up environment.

      Cons

      Could use additional internal training programs and learning modules.

      Pros

      Close to home and I was able to negotiate a good salary with my experience.

      Cons

      Old line, top down management style. "Put your head down, don't complain and do your job, and you'll do fine," I was told by a peer. A culture of fear. Lots of turnover hitting the bottom line.

      Good location and some good people

      Cons

      Long hours, no bonuses, very political, hard to grow within the company. Very little concern with employees thoughts and opinions.
