The vertical hierecracy is hilariously high. Bonuses and salary incrases in line with inflation never happened, we get "peanut butter spread", something small-small, ie last year annual increase after tax hardly covered a night out in a local pub, the increase is for everyone and is not connected to performance and is done each year. This year's annual after tax increase will hardly cover one shopping in Lidl. Many admin and finance jobs get exported to countries with cheaper labor. Profit before people seem to be the motto. The Irish office is awful, it is a part of wearhouse , the other part is taken by a fruit sorting and packing company. When it rains, (and in Ireland rain is a very often occurence) it feels like stones are falling over your head, the office is dirty and it is a serious health hasard, cables everywhere, broken blinds, dust, mould, desks clustered to close to each other, too hot, too cold, rads everwhere with more cables spread accross the floor.. The company requires 2 days to be worked in THAT office. No promotions: I haven't seen anybody being promoted, we know of some demotions but no one got promoted within our team in the last years. We see ourselves either working in the same role forether or our roles will be made redundant and exported to cheap labour countries.
