Pros

Great salary and benefits. Nice onsite cafeteria. Other support staffers were nice people.

Cons

Extremely long hours, backlogged work, no support or back-up, Job tasks are enough for two full time employees. They want the work done. Administrator didn't want to pay overtime. Wanted staffer to work O/T when it was convenient for her schedule.

Great co-workers all over the U.S. that will always be willing to help you out!

The pay was not all that great. Other than that it was a great place to work and I miss it!
