      The values of the company are the best, it has a culture of inclusion, companionship and constant improvement, values diversity and show appreciation for everything that is done.

      Cons

      The Company is growing so fast that sometimes we feel that it is falling behind that familiarity with which we used to be treated years ago

      Pros

      I love working at Blanton Turner. The principals are very present and engaged with the business and all the people are great and supportive from Leasing Agents to Maintenance people to Property and Portfolio Managers! Very busy and fast paced. I really appreciate that people feel empowered and I love the culture- casual, anti-corporate and a real focus on employees and what is best for them. The culture is alive and well here.

      Cons

      We are growing rapidly and therefore outgrowing our infrastructure. Also, while I love the culture, a by-product is a lack of professionalism.

      Pros

      - People are incredibly friendly and no matter the level of management they are on they are willing to speak with you - Growing incredibly fast and allows a lot of new opportunities for moving up within the company - Everyone is helpful, very much a team environment - Company is focused on giving back and anytime an employee has a cause they care about they are right there with you to help out

      Cons

      - Sometimes a little short staffed as the growth sometimes cannot keep up with the growth all of the time - Not a large amount of training for starting employees so it requires a lot of on the job learning
