Blanton turner takes care of their own. If you work hard and make an effort, you'll succeed in this company.

Cons

Sometimes the training isn't quite there, but I think with some time and growth this will be remedied.

Pros

Decent pay for work/effort put in. Commission structure is fair, buildings are lovely to work in and residents are generally great. Coworkers are very helpful and never hesitated to offer help when I needed it.

Cons

Sometimes schedules would change last minute but it wasn't too big a deal. Overall no negatives.
