Local private company, great leadership and partners at the top, fun environment company culture, great benefits with instant 401k matching/quality full health paid/great PTO/all holidays off or at least paid.

Cons

From property to property there are some disconnects with the way things are done, but this is mainly because it is a smaller company of about about 200+ people that is growing quickly, so surely this will change and get better with scale.
