Medium Sized growing property Management Company, Flexible Scheduling, Room to grow, positive people willing to help you out when you need it with training, schedules, moving to the next level in ones career. They have some really neat properties in their portfolio.

Cons

Not the most competitive pay for the industry but again they are growing and are willing to work with folks, i.e. work life balance.
