      Investment in employees such as great benefits, anti-corporate culture, room for mentorship and growth, paid professional education/certifications, job security

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive, upper management is spread thin, failing upward due to short staffing/burnout, your employee experience is portfolio dependent, inequality of the main office versus on-site staff

      Pros

      Booze. The only good person who...bless his heart doesn't know much about the importance of some of his employees and relies on the word of other inefficient management...is the one true blessing of the of the company. Barry Blanton is an amazing CEO and cares about everybody but unfortunately not the final decision maker on your employment future.

      Good luck understanding what the management wants. You try to give them what they want...and then they tell you that's not what they were looking for while firing you and not giving you a chance to fix it...

      - Easy-going relationship between property managers, portfolio managers, and principals - Team outings (can depend on portfolio manager) - Flexibility on management style - Great benefit packages - PTO accrual rates - Causal dress code - Phone stipend

      Cons

      - They can hand-hold certain owners - There is a lack of a consistent protocol for what vendors to call during after-hour emergencies (floods, plumbing back-ups, property restoration, etc.) - Property managers and portfolio managers are often spread too thin
