      Pros

      Blavity has one of the best work cultures within the media industry. I have always been recognized for my work performance. The management has always pushed me, including employees in the company grow beyond their roles in the company.

      Cons

      Given the fact that Blavity is a still considered as a startup, my hope is that they provide more in compensation as the company continues to grow.
