      Pros

      Biggest Pros are the people. It is not common to find such hardworking and committed people to work alongside everyday. For me, I came to Blavity because the mission was clear and unwavering. The leadership and C-suite is working through some kinks but certainly never strays from the core mission of our daily work.

      Cons

      Not everyone is working as hard as others. There are some people that are in the same role but don't always pull their weight.

      Parking , but thats DTLA in general.

Consistent recognition for a job well done. Transparent feedback regarding performance.
