Compensation Training On-boarding Follow-up on assignments You have to bring your own device and the technology is subpar. No free parking, no parking reimbursements Everything is left to the last minute. There are department and team leads who are so lost and confused and just waiting to be told what to do. The pay is insulting. There are so many talented, young, black professionals, but Blavity doesn't appreciate them. Nothing is explained to you. You have to ask question after question and you still don't get valid answers. You basically train yourself on all things. The company is just sad. There are select individuals who are experienced and talented and they refuse to speak up on their skillset because they don't want to be promoted. It's very sad. The turnover is high for a reason. No one there has been there longer than a year. That says a lot about the way the business is ran. The office environment is borderline toxic.

severely under-paid and under-valued. Absolutely no room for growth or upward mobility. You'll hardly find anyone on the content creation end who sticks around for long. But hats off to those who do. They are truly doing the people a service because working under that executive leadership is toxic.
