Hard working individuals with a lot of ambition.

Cons

There are a lot of things that Blavity needs to work on culturally. The decline in culture comes from the top down and it keeps getting worse. There is a lack of guidance and transparency and executive team needs to train management on how to be effective leaders. The executive team could stand training as well. Working at Blavity was a terrible experience and I urge anyone coming in to do your research first... The reviews don't lie.
