Decent base wage. Decent benefits. Co-workers are nice people.

Cons

Culture is not a "credit union culture" at all. Becoming more and more "bank" style every day. If you speak your mind about things you end up in a closed door meeting getting scolded by your manager and his manager. Pressure for growth and a ridiculously complex incentive program.

-Hostile attitude towards members of outside credit unions -lots of talking behind backs of members -Negative atmosphere -No recognition for a job well done
