SPIRE is truly a company that wants to help you build a career. During my time with the company I received help from multiple individuals who put time and effort into helping me build my career, offer me advice and help me learn. If you are someone who is looking for a career path and not just a job, then this is where you should be looking!

Cons

No job or company is perfect, but what I can say is this company truly cares about who is working for them... which means they care about YOU!

Pros

For a smaller organization, they offer a really comprehensive and affordable benefits package and fair compensation. The paid time off is also pretty decent. They do care about their employees and work hard to develop their skills and create a career path. They have some fun perks for employees like summer fun packages and free FitBits. SPIRE is growing and succeeding in a tough market, and that's due to great, dedicated employees and managers who really believe in the business and in helping members meet their financial goals.

Cons

Life in the branches is definitely a little harder because of being open on weekends, lower pay, and some of the positions are a little dead end.

They really care about their employees. They don't forget to do the little things from jeans weeks when it's too cold out to summer fun packages to let us know that they appreciate us!! I always feel like I can go to my manager and will be listened to and my point of view will be taken into consideration. This is a culture that has to come from the top down - LOVE IT!

Cons

Can't think of anything - they really care about their employees and members. We continue to grow and change and that is exciting!!
