Good benefits and pay, fantastic coworkers throughout each department, constant opportunity and encouragement to further career within the company

Cons

Can be a bit gossipy (as with all companies), getting heavier on sales, some management can run great employees out the door

Great mission statement. I believe the CEO does actually care about people’s finances.

Cons

Unfortunately the CEO is clearly just a figure head and the people actually running the show are all about the money. For being a non profit it sure doesn’t act like it
