-Very Member centric -Allowed opportunities to build relationship with the members -Met great members of the credit union and others -Competitive products and services

Cons

-Hostile attitude towards members of outside credit unions -lots of talking behind backs of members -Negative atmosphere -No recognition for a job well done

People that have been there for any length of time are a wonderful resource and in my opinion are the foundation of a great business.

Cons

They are getting rid of the foundations.

Comfortable atmosphere with very friendly people who have a lot of experience and are willing to help you. There's a lot of long-time customers (members) so there is a lot of emphasis on customer service.

Cons

The hours aren't flexible and you do have to work some weekends. Since people have been there a long time there are not a lot of opportunities to advance your career.
