Decent base wage. Decent benefits. Co-workers are nice people.

Cons

Culture is not a "credit union culture" at all. Becoming more and more "bank" style every day. If you speak your mind about things you end up in a closed door meeting getting scolded by your manager and his manager. Pressure for growth and a ridiculously complex incentive program.

SPIRE did have good benefits.

Cons

Working at SPIRE is a constant revolving door. They hire and fire unlike anything I've ever seen before. Sales is huge and you will lose your job if you don't sell enough for them. They are 100 percent about making asn much money as possible. It is so twisted. Stay away is my advice because you will most likely get canned not too long after you start.
