Some very talented and wonderful people on the team who are mission driven. Relaxed and fun atmosphere at times when the gears are in motion.

Cons

Lack of leadership and vision. Low pay and windowless office. Highly problematic business structure causing an excess in complexity which handicaps each other by halting solutions to longstanding problems.
