Pros

Respectable work and plenty of opportunities to contribute to the whole. Admirable effort to find the truth and give a voice to the average American.

Cons

Management is amateur. Entire enterprise revolves around one man, and most everything and everyone is sidelined because of that. Too many people going in too many different directions.

Pros

people were willing to show me around i had a lot of freedom to decide what to work on got to work in almost every department outlook of getting hired was good ceo and president were very inspiring and positive, but they both left soon after my internship ended pay was average/good for an internship!

Cons

gave me too much freedom to decide as an intern some supervisors were cliquey and exclusive/not very helpful because i was an intern didn't get a great vibe from higher-ups about the future of the company, so i didn't even apply to work full time after graduation

Great people and work environment. Innovative and smart leadership on business development side. Idealistic, start-up atmosphere.

Cons

There are no clear paths for advancement and professional growth. Editorial leadership should put more effort into broadening the site's audience. Company is still too dependent on one person.
