Pros

They pay better than working directly through the school system and you're contractually obligated to only work your role, so a school can't make you fill in wherever they see fit.

Cons

There are virtually no benefits, no retirement, PTO, or sick time. You can get health insurance but it's not good at all, so basically you get a bigger paycheck but none of the security of a non-contracted position.

Pros

Frankly there are no pros that I can list. You have to come into an office and endure traffic.

Cons

Neurotic leadership. Cult like culture. Favoritism. Disorganization. This has all of the hallmarks of an out of touch company. Poor benefits, outlandish "perks". 0 work life balance. Horrible commission structure.
