Pros

Supportive Team A track to success Self-Driven Good Base Pay Good Commission Events at the office

Cons

Expect to work overtime to fulfill expectations. You should be in early, leave late. You work on an educator's schedule, so calling them before they go to their school is imperative.

It was alright

Pros

They pay better than working directly through the school system and you're contractually obligated to only work your role, so a school can't make you fill in wherever they see fit.

Cons

There are virtually no benefits, no retirement, PTO, or sick time. You can get health insurance but it's not good at all, so basically you get a bigger paycheck but none of the security of a non-contracted position.
