      -Entrepreneurial, start up environment - Growing fast, but smartly, so there are continued opportunities to wear multiple hats, and learn new things.. - Managers are veterans in the industry - Managers often provide mentorship and training - Company looks to continually change benefits to remain competitive - Transparency at the senior management level: all employees participate in quarterly meetings to hear how company is doing and where it is going.. - Hiring decisions made at the team level: all have a vote... - Ability to work remote if and when needed....

      -The compensation may not be as high as a few other companies,but the career opportunities, and work/life balance make up for that. This company is for those that are passionate about Marketing and Data Science... and not just looking for a job....
