      You’ll work alongside some of the brightest, most supportive colleagues. People are generous with their time and always willing to lend a hand.

      Cons

      Ambitious goals are set without a clear, actionable plan to achieve them, resulting in a lack of direction and frequent organizational shifts, including multiple rounds of layoffs. Additionally, the culture can feel insular, with a 'boys club' dynamic that may leave those outside of it feeling excluded or disconnected.
